Executive Administrative Assistant to Shawn O'Mara
Tabitha is originally from Independence, Missouri and grew up in Augusta, Kansas. She graduated from Augusta High in 2001, receiving two scholarships in art. She worked at Prairie State Bank in high school then went to work for Fidelity Bank.
She started working as Brian’s assistant in September 2005 and earned her life insurance license in 2006. Since Brian's retirement in 2025, Tabitha handles all aspects of administration and client service issues for Shawn O'Mara. Additionally, she brings her vast knowledge and expertise to the management of the office.
Staying busy is important to Tabitha and she is eager to provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to clients during their financial planning process.
Tabitha has two children: Raegan and Mckenzie. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling abroad, camping, working out, doing yoga, painting with acrylics, and hanging out with her friends and family. She is a craft beer enthusiast/foodie and displays some of her artwork at local breweries and shops for First Fridays in Wichita and the surrounding area.
Caitlin Carr

Caitlin Carr serves as the Operations & Technology Manager for Schreck Financial Group, supporting advisors Bradford Schreck and Joshua Bolan. She oversees client service operations, account administration, technology systems, and firm infrastructure, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients while supporting the firm's continued growth.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Caitlin has played a key role in servicing client accounts, preparing financial review materials, and administering the technology platforms that support the firm's advisory practice. She also leads cybersecurity initiatives, reporting processes, and marketing efforts.
Caitlin holds a Kansas Life & Health Insurance License and has passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating summa cum laude from Wichita State University.
A Wichita native, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her partner, Calvin, their son, Carson, and their mischievous dachshund, Duncan. These days, much of her free time is devoted to keeping up with an energetic toddler, but she also enjoys gardening, caring for her growing collection of plants, participating in Bible study, and tackling home improvement projects. Her commitment to family, service, and building lasting relationships carries through to the work she does each day for clients and their families.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client service, Caitlin works behind the scenes to help ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and personalized support.
Kary Jones
Assistant to Dan Buck
A native of Wichita, Kary has over 20 years of experience supporting insurance and finance professionals. She enjoys working and helping others. Prior to working at Schreck she was a cake decorating teacher and baker. She also volunteers at her former high school helping the students in the culinary class that are competing in cake/cookie decorating.
When Kary isn’t at work in the office, she is working on her own online engraving business. Once all the work has been completed you will find her spending time with her family at the lake. Kary has been married to Chad for 23 years, they have two children, a son (Bailey) and a daughter (Madison). She enjoys traveling down to Texas to visit family, riding 4-wheelers in the mountains of Colorado, or fishing along the White River in Arkansas.
Rhiannon Quiring
Assistant to Bruce Schreck
Rhiannon grew up in Wichita, Kansas she graduated from Wichita North High School. She has been in customer service for over 16 years. After working at a security company for the last 5 years taking her experience in client relations, account management and retention to become more successful. Rhiannon started working for Schreck Financial Group in 2021 as Bruce Schreck’s assistant. She enjoys helping others and learning every day.
When Rhiannon isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband James have 5 children. Aubrey, Colin, Jayden, Addison and Tatum. They are a very busy family. They enjoy taking road trips, and being outdoors.
